FFL’s Amanda Owens Is Empowering Young Conservative Women

Amanda Owens

When Amanda Owens (@Amanda_at_FFL) originally began building the foundation of what would eventually become Future Female Leaders, she did so because she was inspired by the 2012 presidential campaign and she wanted to make conservatism relatable to women.

Six years later, FFL has gone from selling koozies to the powerhouse of a movement as the premiere organization for young conservative women, reaching thousands through their various programs and channels. In addition to advocating conservative policies to women, FFL is an organization that aims to be positive and empowering in a political climate that is increasingly negative and limiting.

Aside from our shared love of Mitt Romney, I also really enjoyed my conversation with Amanda because she is a fellow entrepreneur. And with that background, she is able to provide a lot of great insights and resources for others who want to go down a similar path.
