Key Amendments to the Constitution, According to Progressives

Many Americans understand that today’s federal government is merely a bloated, inefficient version of its former self, yet far fewer understand just how unconstitutional the acts of the federal government have become.

Here is a copy of several amendments to our Constitution, should the likes of Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and Nancy Pelosi been present at the Constitutional Convention.

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, and shall make laws prohibiting the free exercise thereof, especially concerning Christianity. Congress shall make laws abridging the freedom of speech of the people, or of the press, when suitable to the interests of the Federal government, and shall make full use of government agencies to enforce such abridgments. The right of the people peaceably to assemble shall be granted on a case-by-case basis, and petitions of the Government for a redress of grievances shall not be accepted.

Amendment II

Void.

Amendment III

No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law, as determined by the Chief Executive alone.

Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall be violated if and when the Federal government sees fit, and Warrants shall issue on the sole directive of suspicion, supported by neither Oath nor affirmation, and being required to describe nothing of their objective. Warrants issued shall encompass the body of the accused’s life, and shall be without time limit.

Amendment V

Any person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, upon any command of the Federal government. Any person shall be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; and shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself when it is deemed necessary by Federal authority. Private property shall be taken for public use, without just compensation, on the orders of Federal authority. Confiscated property shall be used to repay debts of privilege.

Amendment IX

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people, especially when suitable to the political agenda of the Executive Branch.

Amendment X

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are neither reserved to the States, nor to the people, as the Federal government has deemed them incapable of promulgating their own rights.

Amendment XV

Section 1.

The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude. Such persons shall be given more power to their vote, as payment of the debt incurred by colonialist oppressors.

Section 2.

The Congress shall have the power to enforce this article by inappropriate legislation, and by the power of the Agitprop news media.

Amendment XVI

The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.

(I didn’t need to change this one)

Amendment XIX

The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex. Whereas women are henceforth labeled victims of patriarchy, and shall be created more equal than men in the eyes of the law.
